Single -seat high-speed molding casting base, knife mould block is driven by motor crankshaft, ensuring reliable installation and easy assembly/disassembly; Fine-turning device is integrated; The moveable parts of the host are lubricated by circulating oil system;
The formed pole piece are convened by drag strip, reducing material consumption;
The discharged materials are separated out automatically, and the formed pole pieces are convened to material receiving platform for pole pieces collection after separated by the drag film, the whole process won't cause any damage to the pole pieces;
Edge materials adopt mechanical skidding rolling;
PLC human-machine interface control system, light curtain safety protection;
The knife moulds are low cost laser cutters, which can be replaced quickly.
